Online payment of orders

When placing an order online a confirmation email with an attached receipt will be sent to the email used upon ordering. All online orders are for same day pick up and delivery. No orders in advance will be accepted. For any further queries send your email directly to info@thewoodspantry.com.au

Refund Policy

When placing an order please ensure you take your time to review your order. If you change your mind or need to cancel an order then please contact our store immediately to discuss with one of our staff. If the item has been made then we have a strict no refund policy. if for any reason you are unhappy with your food, drinks or service please email us directly info@thewoodspantry.com.au and our manager will attend to this as a matter of urgency. If for some reason we were unable to fulfil your order at the time we will provide you with 100% refund. If for any reason your item has a major defect or you are 100% satisfied then a full refund will be provided in compliance with Australian Consumer Law (https://www.accc.gov.au/consumers/consumer-rights-guarantees/repair-replace-refund)
